When Will I recieve my Item?
It usually takes around 7-15 business days for delivery.

Will I recieve a tracking number for my Item?
Yes if you email me I will email you with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

What type of payment will you accept?
I accept both PayPal and Google Check Out.

Do you give discounts?
Yes I offer discounts on shipping for buying more than one item from my store. (contact me before ordering)

What if I don't have a PayPal account?
NO PROBLEM....follow the instructions below. Step 1 - Proceed to checkout and select option to pay with PayPal. Once redirected to the PayPal website select the option "continue checkout",ignore the "Log In to PAYPAL" box. Step 2 - Complete the form with your payment information and click "Review Payment". Step 3 - If PayPal thinks you may already have an account it will give the option to Log In. Simply ignore this and click "Continue". NOTE: If you do not have a PayPal account this will not be displayed. Step 4 - Review the information such as shipping address. Once you are ready click "Pay Now". That's it! PayPal will contact us once the payment has cleared. This typically takes just a few seconds.

Where will you ship?
We will ship to any of the United States. (For Hawaii and Alaska shipping cost will be outrageous and shipping time will be tripled)

Who will be delivering my purchase?
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. Based on past experience and service, we feel they are the best carrier in the United States. With proven great service that they stand by, we will only use UPS for our shipping. Please visit their website to read about important information regarding receiving packages. When you receive your tracking number, it will provide you with an expected delivery date of your item. Please be advised that UPS does not scan the package at every single hub they visit. Items going to California may not get scanned until the package actually gets to California. Please try to be patient when waiting for your item. You may or may not have to sign for your package. That is determined by the driver if they can leave it at your door or in a secure place. Please understand that we are NOT responsible to items that are stolen once delivered. We would expect someone to be available to receive the item safely from the driver. If you know that UPS comes to your place of business or work during normal business hours, have it shipped there. Whatever you are most comfortable doing. We just want to make sure you get the item you paid for. Again, once UPS delivers the item, they will not accept a LOST CLAIM.

Sorry but once order(s) has been placed and paid for, they cannot be canceled!
